The next Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Sunday, 24th January, 2010, 4.00 p.m.

The AGM is always an important meeting as it gives all members an opportunity to contribute in the direction of the club and to have a choice in the election of officers to serve for the ensuing year.  I urge you all to do your very best to join us on this day, or to make your views on any issue, known to the Committee beforehand.

Once more, we are searching for individuals to contribute to the development of the club and serve on the committee. Nomination forms will be available in the clubhouse in advance of the AGM, together with a list of roles and areas of responsibility. If you have an area of expertise and can serve on the committee, even if only for a very limited amount of time, please step forward. The serving Committee feel that we need to have a broader representation from the membership of the club, and would welcome newer, and more importantly, younger members to step forward and become involved! Unfortunately some of our key committee members are standing down this year, so it really is a time to come forward if you can help, even if you feel unsure what duties you would best be able to undertake.
