The next Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Sunday, 24th January, 2010, 4.00 p.m.
The AGM is always an important meeting as it gives all members an opportunity to contribute in the direction of the club and to have a choice in the election of officers to serve for the ensuing year. I urge you all to do your very best to join us on this day, or to make your views on any issue, known to the Committee beforehand.
Subscriptions become due on 1 April 2009. Members paying by 30 April 2009 may deduct the prompt payment discount and members wishing to pay by instalments may pay by up to 6 post-dated cheques; the first cheque to be dated no later than 30 April 2009, the latest to dated by 30 September 2009.
